Majestic Tours provides full Destination Management Services specializing in the transportation, organization, and handling of Incentive Programs and Meeting Seminars. Our Destination Management Service provides full time staff in providing a complete program for your group. Majestic Tours services an average of 250 groups and incentive trips per year, from groups as small as 15 passengers to as many as 1500. We are able to arrange all off property functions on your behalf. Our status as an independently owned local company allows our customers to have the option of using any of the vendors on the Island that best fits with the selected program for group activities and events.
Our service starts on arrival with airport transfers that are exclusive to your group along with a meet and greet service. We also provide on island transfers for any off-property activities/events with on time service and on site dispatch. This will allow you to have all of your transportation needs covered with one vendor. We take great pride in our company that is reflected in our clean air-conditioned coaches, on time departures and friendly service.
Our Destination Management Service can assist
you in the planning of all off property events from dine around evenings,
menu planning,
entertainment
bookings, fishing charters, Stingray City, Golf and any other items
that you may require. We have a close working relationship with
all of the
vendors
in Grand Cayman allowing you to choose the options and the operator
on the Island that will work best for your group. We will do
all possible
to ensure that your group is a great success and while you are here
in Grand Cayman please do not hesitate to ask about our service

Our expertise is based on years of experience in sales and promotions, and successful service to top U.S. and Canadian Corporations and Incentive Houses as well as Tour Operators and Wholesalers visiting Grand Cayman.
SITE INSPECTIONS: We provide experienced staff throughout your entire Site Inspection Visit, and give you all the support and assistance you may need. We work with you on your time frame to ensure you are aware of all the program components.
OPERATION: We deliver all service promptly and accurately. We meet and greet all flights using an identifying sign and a designated representative. For your convenience, we maintain an airport counter which is located immediately outside the Customs exit door.
